As we come to the end of August, training numbers are picking up again, with the holidays finishing in time for school days.  Good numbers this week and all took a battering on Thursday and Sunday from the big waves.

Winter training at Hebron Hall starts back on Thursday 18th September, but before then we are hosting a visit from Lifesaving classes from the east Wales Branch of the Royal Life Saving Society on the 14th September.
